As part of the it@cork techfest 2022, 30 attendees from 18 workplaces, dialling in from across the world engaged in a virtual dialogue to explore what’s blocking courage and self-confidence.

Igniting Courage

A safe space was created where leaders shared openly on ideas for change uncovering blind-spots together. The event was led by Cathriona Hallahan, Non-executive Director, former Microsoft MD and Niamh Gunn, CEO of the Dialogue Code. Here, you can listen to their heart-felt opening reflection on moments in finding Courage in their leadership journey.

In each session, the participants broke into smaller groups, each room agreeing on their top statements and voting on their top issues and solutions. In session one. the group voted on the overall top 5 issues. Then, in session two, top 5 ideas were agreed on the each of the critical issues.
